Does anyone know of a IWB Holster that could be switched from right hand to left hand? I was asked to do a simple pancake holster and sew in (sandwhich in between two layers and then sticthed around) sometype of nut so the straps could be switched side to side thus creating a holster that could be worn for a right or left handed person. I have been racking my brain over this for a couple of weeks but cant seem to figure the best way of doing this. Any advice would be greatly appericated.

You could sandwich in the standard T-Nut. You would more than likely need to purchase the appropriate sized tap and tap the threads all the way through the T-Nut so that you could thread the fastener in from either side.

Honestly I think an IWB built like that is a terrible idea. Holsters typically take a "set" after being worn a bit, and you would be asking that holster to switch from a right side curve to a left side curve whenever it was changed.

That's what I was thinking. I think I will tell him I can't do it. Thanks for the input.
