I've bought some nice shark skin for the first time. As it is still looking matte and the dye comes off when you rub it with cloth, I'm giving it a swirl with some glycerine soap first. However, due to the typical structure of the skin (the skin folds), it's hard to reach every part of the leather so I'm stuck with "pits" in my leather where I can't buff

How do you guys solve this?

thanks for your insights!

Hitting it with a hair dryer might work on that.
