chancey77 Report post Posted July 2, 2012 Dude, not buying the " no tone loss" The wood is a major contributor to the tone equation. Now some really hot pickups, fat strings, like .011-054, high action and we may be talkin some serious bark. However you did a kick job. Gonna have to put that on the list. Way cool. Set up is a custom made set of 11.5,15,19plain,28,38,56 I am tellin' ya, there is no tone lost. Bridge is set though a hole in the leather, so it is flat mounted to the body, and the strings run through it. Compared to a Vintage hot roded Nocaster, if you closed your eyes you would never hear the difference between the two guitars. I did do a small video, but Scott insists on doing a better one...but lets see if I can edit a smaller version of him just playing it.

Please tell me NOOOOOOOOOOOO Excuse me it is an original Esquire...not a nocaster...but he is one of eh best techs in the world! If you talk smack maybe Steven Seagal and all his multi millions in original blues guitars will pay you a visit......Cause Scott is his guy to touch and handle all of them:) BTW...I WANT AN AMP!!!!!! OK I have edited a small vid.... This is just put together and I put Scott on the espot. There is no mods done at this point cause I had to give it to the client while we went on tour...but Scott will have it this week and begin the mods. Compensated saddles, orange dot re-wire the toggle and bone nut, and pups are on order...maybe next week it will be finished after our next round of shows. Bluesman Report post Posted July 3, 2012 Great VId, and nice chops on that guy. Sounds great!!!!!!!!!! Now, how is it that Segal uses a tech that lives in Finland? Or do you ship you stuff back to him in the States? I'm assuming that was the Tele lined into the King direct, no pedals?

Well it was going through the pedals...but they where off...the only thing it seems was on was the reverb...but next video will be a side by side with an absolutely dry amp! Like I said I just put him on the spot...but it is all there...next one will be post mod!
