Bottle Holder/holser

I am looking for a pattern for a bottle holder/holster. I would like it to be able to snap so that I can attach it to my kilt belt when I play my bagpipes. I have included a picture below. I am just not that good of an engineer to be able to draw out a pattern or figure out the dimensions. I was also thinking that it would be cool to put like a buckle on it so that you can change the size of the holder. If ANYONE can help me out please do so.
