Xd In A Glock Holster Pattern

Will a Glock holster pattern work for an XD? They are pretty close I think the XD is not quite as thick as a Glock. I dont have a problem drawing a new pattern but just thought I would check first.

Draw a new pattern. The XD is bigger than the glock from bottom of trigger guard to top of slide.

Always draw a new pattern for different guns, for a couple reasons...

A. there are always significant differences between different guns, some may not be obvious.

B. when your trying to produce a quality product you want it to look as nice as possible so why not do it the right way the first time?

C. This gives you practice with making patterns and since your still a novice it will only help you to create more and more patterns getting better with each one you create.
