My interest in leatherworking came from playing a game called Belegarth and seeing leather armour. We had a customer come in to the forge some time ago asking about a chandelier. He wanted leather and rawhide incorporated into the design. Neither myself or my boss had used leather with metal work before so we were quite excited about the idea. Yesterday we visited Tandy Leather Factory in Barrie, and I picked up some books on the subject. I was blown away by that store. So here I am. I'm excited to learn more and start the project!
