Members soaring eagle Posted September 18, 2012 Author Members Report Posted September 18, 2012 After more searching than i can remember in a while i found a site that is called Spaghetti Western Replicas and they make the 1 and only i am looking for and sure enough the belt is cut,,to help with the angle i don't know,but i sure can't afford ha ha. It is from a guy of some fame i guess several years back before all this cowboy shoot stuff blossumed,,Andy Anderson...Anyways just thought i would toss that out and i have something to look forward to trying in the future..Gotta go do something to help the other half before she bows her smoke stack....sea ya Quote

I know that several thousand were converted to 44's but you can still see the nipples on the cylinder on this one. Funny that hollywood makes mistakes like this. Note: the above assumes I am not crazy. There are those that say I am. It sure looks like the cap and ball version to me. I also dont know how to make the picture follow the quote. Nope that is a Remington 1858 not sure if it was .36cal Navy or .44Cal Army model the only diffrence between the Army and Navy models were the bore diameter.
