Members sstalker Posted October 27, 2012 Members Report Posted October 27, 2012 Hi all, Much to my wife's dismay, another hobby. Have had the basic tools for about 10 years, just now starting to really use them. Only made kits pre-retirement. Looking to combine pyrography and leather. I would love to get a few people together (monthly?) from the local area just to kibitz about leather. Any NW Ohioians out there? Steve - Toledo Quote
Contributing Member TwinOaks Posted October 27, 2012 Contributing Member Report Posted October 27, 2012 Don't know about others in your area, but Welcome to Leatherworker.net! It's a pretty incredible coincidence that you want to do pyrography on leather....one of our other members just posted some pyro on wood work in the gallery and I'd suggested he do it on leather. Maybe y'all can get together and compare notes. Talltales08 is the member. Quote Mike DeLoach Esse Quam Videri (Be rather than Seem) "Don't learn the tricks of the trade.....Learn the trade." Members benlilly1 Posted October 27, 2012 Members Report Posted October 27, 2012 Welcome! That's a cool idea about getting people in your area together. I wish I could find people here in Indiana and do the same thing. Quote
