Carbon2077 Report post Posted January 19, 2013 VERY new to leatherwork (though I've had a few lessons), but I've already got a request from a friend of mine for a piece. Thing is, she wants it in mint green (specifically, the color of mint chocolate chip ice cream)- a color I haven't seen as a dye, but an image search shows is possible for leather. I'm thinking I'll have to mix Aqua and Kelly Green dyes. Any tips on achieving this shade?

SooperJake Report post Posted January 19, 2013 (edited) I'd say the willow green or Nile green are pretty close to mint. You could get the willow and a white and adjust from there I'd wager. See the link, below. http://www.shoetreem...lors_p/1007.htm Edited January 19, 2013 by SooperJake
Carbon2077 Report post Posted January 20, 2013 Nile Green actually looks just about perfect there; on Amazon it looked a lot different. Think I'll go with that, thanks.
