Hi, I'm new to sewing with my industrial Pfaff 335-H2-6/1B S and things were going smoothly until I moved it. My problem is the needle is striking the bobbin case instead of going through the slit to reach the bobbin's thread. It seems like there is a timing issue or that the bobbin is not turning quite far enough around for the needle to be able to go through the opening in the bobbin case. Anyone know how I can adjust the timing or rotation of the bobbin case at home? I can post pictures of it if it helps. Thank you!

Jennbeau,

Call me in the evening after 7:00pm EST and I can walk you thru on how to time the machine.

On rotary machines you also need to check that the "finger" that holds the inner shuttle race in place is engaging properly. Before doing anything else check that it is doing it's job.

I checked what I believe is the finger holding the shuttle race in place...it seems sturdy, it is in the center of the shuttle?
