Members jennbeau Posted January 23, 2013 Members Report Posted January 23, 2013 Hi, I'm new to sewing with my industrial Pfaff 335-H2-6/1B S and things were going smoothly until I moved it. My problem is the needle is striking the bobbin case instead of going through the slit to reach the bobbin's thread. It seems like there is a timing issue or that the bobbin is not turning quite far enough around for the needle to be able to go through the opening in the bobbin case. Anyone know how I can adjust the timing or rotation of the bobbin case at home? I can post pictures of it if it helps. Thank you! Quote

Members Anne Bonnys Locker Posted January 29, 2013 Members Report Posted January 29, 2013 On rotary machines you also need to check that the "finger" that holds the inner shuttle race in place is engaging properly. Before doing anything else check that it is doing it's job. Quote Darren Brosowski
Members jennbeau Posted February 14, 2013 Author Members Report Posted February 14, 2013 I checked what I believe is the finger holding the shuttle race in place...it seems sturdy, it is in the center of the shuttle? Quote
