Vintage Purse

Hello!

I am looking for any information pertaining to this purse that I purchased at a yard sale. It looks to be all hand tooled, with a doe on the front, and 2 bucks on the back. There is a tag that reads Harkness Built sewn onto the inside. Also inside was a hand written note with details on the purse. It states that the outside leather is steer, the inside imported pig skin. The stitching is goat skin. The slide fastener on the front is sterling silver. It also says...Harkness Bros. where our label is your guarantee. It came with a small coin purse, a note pad cover, and 2 straps. A long shoulder strap, and a shorter strap for carrying in your hand. The outside color is black, and the inside is red. If you could point me in any direction for information, I would really, really appreciate it!! I have spent hours on the internet trying to find something, and have had no luck. Thanks in advance!!
