Old Saddle Identification And Info On 2Nd Old Saddle

Hi everyone im new here and was looking for a maker on this kids parade saddle. Its probably from the 1940-1950's not exactly sure and it has no makers mark on it just a mark that says 4940 on the back behind the seat. Its fairly heavy with what appears to be a solid wood tree. Also have a Nillson & Walker saddlery saddle that im looking for info on its roughly 50 years old great shape considering its age. Id like to know more about the company or who made this type of saddle if anyone knows. Any info on either saddle would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
