Cheap Knife Holster For Ceramic Knife From Harbor Freight

I'm looking for a belt holster for http://www.harborfreight.com/3-inch-ceramic-paring-knife-98183.html -- I want the blade to be fully covered, and a loop up by the far point, away from the blade, above where the handle thins out again, so that the knife can't fall out if I'm taking a group of boys out climbing and I end up hanging upside down just for fun. Forgive the poor picture, but I'm looking for something like:

I'm looking for something in the $20-$30 dollar range (the knife itself only cost $7).
