Bearpawcustoms Report post Posted May 2, 2013 New guy here, I am a knifemaker by trade(40+years) and out of necessity I make sheaths. I mostly use Veg. Tanned 9/10oz leather,I handstich and wetform,the finish I have been doing lately is a combonation of Neetsfoot oil compound and Bees Wax put on hot.
