Cartridge Belt Loops Help

I have tried to make cartidge loops on more than one occassion with very little success. Is there anybody that can point me to a tutorial or give me some quick pointers?

I don't know what trouble you are having or what type of loops: sewn, woven semi woven but go to this thread and scroll down to my post some of that information may help you. I usually make mine out of 4-5oz leather and use the measurments listed for each caliber in that post. If you like PM me tell me where you are having trouble and I will help if I can. I do mainly western holsters so I do a lot of loops.
