Members bodiebill Posted June 12, 2013 Members Report Posted June 12, 2013 I have an old and worn LL Bean leather belt that my Father gave to me. It is worn and losing its color. What can I do to dye and treat it for longer life. Thanks Quote
Members Jimbob Posted June 13, 2013 Members Report Posted June 13, 2013 use some light coat of neatsfoot oil, let it dry for a few hours....then use Fiebings leather dye...preferably the same color as it was back then....let dry and then apply a nice coat of leather conditioner and finally buff to mellow shine....u will have a belt nearly as new!!!
