I'm so happy to have found this site!

I have been learning to work with leather over the past year and I'm completely hooked. I have read everything I can get my hands on, watched videos, and taken the few classes Tandy has to offer. Now I'm at a point where I would like to study/apprentice with a more experienced worker, but I'm having trouble finding someone in my area. I do sell a few items on the side, but am hoping to expand to full time maker with time. Does anyone know of teachers in the bay area? Or someone who might be willing to take me on as a student?

I'm also interested in knowing what the job opportunities might be in leatherwork.
