I would like to make a curved or contour belt for my daughter...one that fits a little below the waist and rests on the hipbones. I've seen them in stores and they are curved/contoured, i.e. not straight. (well, duh...)

I don't know how to best calculate the curve to fit to make a pattern. Help?
