biker55 Report post Posted September 9, 2013 had bought some scrap leather from the hobby shop.when I soaked it, it swelled quite a bit and felt kinda rubbery. after I molded and dried it became very stiff, but also had this greyish area around where I was using the molding tool. can anyone give me any ideas what would cause this and also identify what type of leather it might be? thanks.
