tboyce58 Report post Posted October 22, 2013 I've been having trouble getting a good even application with my edge finishing using the standard wool daubers and even tried a Q-Tip (that was a bust.) I've been thinking of putting my edge finisher into a sponge or roll top applicator bottle and trying it that way. http://www.officesupplyinc.com/envelope-moistener-bottle-type-sponge-tipped-p-27790.html?utm_campaign=google-product-search-us-en&utm_medium=product_search&utm_source=google-product-search-us-en&gclid=CNL0terwqroCFco9QgoddFcAnw http://www.amazon.com/Clear-Refillable-Perfume-Bottle-Travel/dp/B0095WGOX6/ref=pd_sim_sbs_misc_3 has anyone else tried this od does anyone see any problems? It seems to me to be a perfect solution Tom
Matt T Report post Posted October 22, 2013 (edited) I like the idea, but I have a feeling it will dry up and get stuck after a bit of use. I use a broken awl, and apply a little at a time. A miniature screwdriver would work as well. Edited October 22, 2013 by Matt T

Cyberthrasher Report post Posted October 22, 2013 What's the problem you're having specifically? Are you having issues with it going past the edge? Usually a problem like that is rooted in an edge that's not properly burnished before dying. It could also be a result of the product you're using to burnish the edge.
