Trevor Report post Posted December 2, 2013 Just finished these two basket weave magazine pouches recently for a customer. Something a little different I guess as well. They both are similar in design just a bit bigger that's all.Hand finished stamping and machine stitched.Sam Browne hardware for the closure. Thanks for looking. Please comment if you wish. BlingTheMerciless Report post Posted December 2, 2013 Hi Trevor. I like them very much. They look elegant. I don't know much about Sam Brown hardware. Will the leather stay snug over the fastener over time?

Trevor Report post Posted December 2, 2013 Thanks heaps. Yes the hole and slit method of fastening is vey old. It has been used by many a pouch maker especially during war time manufacture as it is almost unbreakable. I use it on my watch pouches as well. Its just the interference fit which does not let go. I believe that these are better than the back screw versions which can shear off under pressure. Cheers T
