Gwturner Report post Posted December 14, 2013 Here is a holster that I hammered out for a customer last week. Fits a S&W Airlite J-Frame 2" barrel .38 All hand cut, sewn, dyed, burnished, & sewn (not in that particular order. Here is a video I made showing the retention: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SEsvhEzYI5Q&sns=em Look, admire, criticize...

Gwturner Report post Posted December 14, 2013 I like the rear stitch line it's different than what I've seen before That was your polite way of saying "Been there, Done that" wasn't it?
harley45 Report post Posted December 14, 2013 No Sir I meant no disrespect at all. I'm use to seeing the line follow the contour of the gun. I really like your take a bit better. Apologies if I offended you.
Gwturner Report post Posted December 14, 2013 Brother it didn't hurt my feelings at all...I thought it was a rather comical way of telling someone that you have seen that same design a million times. I had the stitch line more contoured on my first prototype...but then I thought it would look neater the way it ended up. Thanks for the compliment. Gwturner Report post Posted December 21, 2013 That's guys! I normally take about 1 1/2 hours to mold one...the leather seems to mold best between 45 minutes and 1 hour and 15 minutes.
