rawhide1 Report post Posted January 22, 2008 khoipan92 I've never done this braid so i'm not to sure how the end is supposed to be done. But in Bruce Grants book it looks like after they go thru your snap they are tucked back into the braid in reverse order. I think I would build a long pineapple knot on each end. paris3200 Report post Posted January 22, 2008 I'm no expert by any means, but to me the loose end looks to be a type of handle covering. In The Encyclopedia of Rawhide and Leather Braiding by Bruce Grant there is a chapter devoted to handle coverings.
