Looking For A Good Sewing Machine

Hi I'm new to leather work and I'm looking to get a nice sewing machine that will handle thick leather. I'm wanting to start building nice breast straps, halters,bridles etc... Not looking to break the bank but I do want a good machine that will handle this thanks in advance
