Dags3777 Posted October 7, 2008 Report Posted October 7, 2008 (edited) G'day all, I've done a pretty intensive search and found no definate answer to my problem. I am making my first all hand made wallet, I have made the outer bigger than the inner, so they line up when folded. But I am at a crossroad. How do I punch holes in the outer and inner to line up. the outer being bigger will have more holes than the inner, as my rough attempt did. I ended up with unused holes, very unsightly. I do the Double Loop stitch. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Darryl Edited October 7, 2008 by Dags3777 Quote When I was a kid I used to pray every night for a new bicycle. Members Brandon Posted October 8, 2008 Members Report Posted October 8, 2008 I punched the outer piece at the top and bottom fold say, about an inch before lining them up. Quote
Members JRedding Posted October 8, 2008 Members Report Posted October 8, 2008 I glue them together before punching any holes, glue them around the edge and leave the rest floating and then punch your holes. I think you'd have to be a mathmatical genius to calculate how to do it seperately and have it come together for a perfect finish. Quote
