This is an American 3 n 1 Leather Cutter with a motor. I've never seen one of these before. Someone did a great job putting this together. The skiver is disengaged which allows the cutter to spin and cut like butter. Imagine cutting with 2 hands to guide your material. No more hand cranking with this.
