Members Phil1 Posted June 25, 2014 Members Report Posted June 25, 2014 I was sent pictures of something that someone wants me to try and make for them....a wrist strap, by the looks of it, but I can't seem to find the type of clasp that this one uses.... If at all possible, would anyone know what this style of clasp is called, and would anyone know of a stockist that would deliver to Australia (including Tandy or E-Bay or Etsy or similar)? These are the pictures as they were sent to me (reduced for inclusion here)....sorry they're not clearer Quote
Members JoeSnuffie Posted June 25, 2014 Members Report Posted June 25, 2014 This is a pretty common style but I've only seen shiny, decorative pieces. I often see then called 'Fold Over' clasp or buckle. I make a lot of bracelets and see these a lot, though I've never used one. https://www.google.com/search?q=fold+over+clasp Quote
Members J Hayes Posted July 5, 2014 Members Report Posted July 5, 2014 Joe had it right, foldover clasp. Common in jewelry, try Rio Grande or Juels Borel, might need a tax number for them, not sure Quote
