Members MCJAC Posted July 2, 2014 Members Report Posted July 2, 2014 My Father had an older saddle that my Mother is wanting to sell now. She is looking to find out a retail value so she can sell it for an appropriate and fair price. She has looked for a munufacturer mark or other identification marks however she cannot find any. The only thing that she can find is the following: "Genuine Balanced Ride" with an R in a circle which to me equates to a Registered trademark. I have posted one picture and I have more if anyone would like to see them. Thank you for any help that you can offier. Quote
Members Big Sioux Saddlery Posted July 2, 2014 Members Report Posted July 2, 2014 Fallis Balanced Ride. I think they have a website. Company is still in business. Some like them, some don't, but they aren't junk saddles. I don't know what to tell you it's worth, but I do have a client that recently bought a new one. It was plain and I think he paid in the $2200-$2400 range. Yours looks to be in decent shape. I would call the company and ask their advice on what it's worth. Good luck. Quote
