SimonJester753 Report post Posted August 7, 2014 I'm moving out of my current apartment to a smaller place. I will no longer have a room for my work bench. I'm thinking of putting together a minimalist kit that I could take with me in my car, or put on a hand truck and go to a nearby park. I mostly make dog collars from latigo. I use solid copper rivets. Any suggestions for an easily transportable set up?
camano ridge Report post Posted August 8, 2014 (edited) Here are some ideas that may help or at least spur ideas of your own. The first two pics are of a tool carrier I made my self. You may not need to carry as much around. The third picture is a folding table that when set up on level graound is surprisingly strurdy. This link is to a Nigel Armitage video you will see his stump work bench. Here is a link to a build it your self portable workstation. http://leatherworker.net/forum/index.php?showtopic=55010&hl=workbench Edited August 8, 2014 by camano ridge
