Black Brass Grommets - 4Mm

I am looking for a blackened grommet that accepts a 4mm screw, but most importantly is no more than 11mm in diameter... or essentially very low profile, minimal and small sized grommet. 3/16" grommet might work, but again the total size of the grommet is more important.

Currently we have been using these old school "flower" types that have little brass fold over pedals, but the installer wasnt even taking the time to install those properly, so I want to try to go with the hammer together grommets common today. Any help tracking down this specific size would be great. Bonus points for black coated brass, but black required.
