I have lots of templates from Blackriver Laser, some of theirs, some I designed myself and they made for me, and they are all excellent. I also have a couple of maker's marks from her. Great people, great service, excellent products.

I ordered some custom templates and I'm having trouble getting her to respond to my emails. Some of the email are template changes that are important. What's the deal?

I order custom templates from them all the time and never have a problem. I send my design, she gives me a price, I pay the invoice and the template shows up a couple of days later.

Couldn't be easier.

How do you guys go about designing your templates? In regards to programs that is. Photoshop? Illustrator? I have templates I need to get made through Joyce, just trying to figure out how to design them in a computer program to ensure accuracy.

I design mine in Inkscape.

I bought one of their templates off eBay... Received an email from them stating that they may have sent the wrong one out... When it came in the mail, it was wrong, but they quickly sent the correct one.. Told my to keep both for the mistake.

Made sure I was happy. I will definantly be ordering from them again!
