First clicker dies and the strap it made!

Can you explain your process a little more? How did you punch the holes?

The dies just cut out the straps. The other work skiving gluing sewing and punching holes are done separate with sewing machine or hand sewing and hand tools. There are many videos on YouTube making watch straps. (Not my videos)

is your clicker is 4 ton or 8 ton ?

4 ton..the little wonder

holes punched with a rotary hole puncher..measured out and centered first and marked with an aw

usually the holes are 6-7mm apart from the center of the hole..

the holes for me are 2mm diameter

any reason you didn't have the hole punches included into the die?

I''m guessin' that many holes punched together would make it very difficult to get teh leather off the punch without deformation / stretching.

The hole placement changes dependent on the length of strap I make. So unless you are making only 1 length of strap you have to customize the hole placement.
