What size punch hole do need use to use 1\8 lace

There are anumber of ways to accomplish your particular goal.

1.) Use formula as is; use 1/8" lace with 1/8" punch

2.) OR Use 5/32" punch with 1/8" lace ( a bit looser but it will seat itself ) makes it a bit softer feeling too.

3.) OR Use 3/32" punch with 1/8" lace ( tighter yes, but lace fills holes.) idea per; Electrathon

Its really a personal or optional thing for the maker.

Thanks for this precious information Wild bill . One more if you please. If I wanted to do a double loop style lacing, would I use the same formula? EG 1/8 punch hole and 1/8 lace?
