Alexis Sofield Report post Posted January 12, 2015 Excuse my ignorance in the matter, but can you stamp drum dyed leather? I'm looking at the Herman oak Drum dyed russet saddle skirting. Also how does it cut.? Will the vegetable tan show its softer color after bevel ins the edges? A lot of questions. Sorry. And thanks in advance. Charliewz Report post Posted January 12, 2015 Yes it stamps well. Check out some of Paul Long's sheaths, he uses Wicket & Craig drum dyed leather. Maybe you can find the answers to your other questions by looking at his sheaths. He is a member of the Knife Network forums, and is very helpful. Even has his phone number posted in case anyone wants to ask him questions personally. Charlie
