Iwb To Cross Draw?

I have a customer who wants a IWB pancake that can be converted to am OWB cross draw for a Ruger LCP 380. Anyone ever tackle one if these? Not quite sure where to start with this one.

Glockinator here is a IWB pancake that I made so it could also be worn as an OWB. The principle for cross draw would be the same just adjusting the belt slots to get the apropriate angle for a cross draw. Your challenge is going to that it is a smaller holster and won't give you as much realestate to play with.
