Kustom Report post Posted November 13, 2008 I started buying old "Craftsman" magazines with Al Shelton's articles in them so I wanted to meet him. Even though he's retired he's still at his shop in Studio City, so my girlfriend and I went to meet him. We hung out with him and talked about leather and art for a couple of hours and looked at his creations. What a great artist and a great, friendly guy. He invited us to visit him again and we plan to. When my girlfriend and I were leaving in the car we both said "this was a great day".

Kustom Report post Posted November 14, 2008 Do you have any idea what the hours of his shop are? He doesn't have any hours, you kind of just have to catch him when he's in the window playing guitar.
