Juki 563 Oiling Question

Hi Everyone

I'm a complete newbie at this and looking to learn how to do auto Interiors I have a old car that will be my test project, I bought a Juki 563 that to me runs like new I read that the most important thing to do to your machine is to kept it well oiled this machine is suppose to have a automatic oiling system in it, this is what I am looking for to check the level of the oil,

Also on top of the machine it has a Chrome cylinder that has a lid on it I opened it up had has bits and pices of thread in it, it sticks up about a inch and is about a 1/2'' in diameter does anybody know what the purpose of this is.

Also again on top of the machine near this chrome cylinder that sticks up is another large round cap with a hole in the center it is about a inch in diameter and is almost flush with the machine does anybody know what this is,

I looked for a manual for this machine but what I found the pictures where not clear enough to see does anyone know a site that I can download a manual.
