I made some key fobs that fold and snap around the belt. when I fold to snap it gets wrinkles in the fold. What is the proper finishing steps to prevent this? I did not wet the leather before I folded it over, should I have wet it? I also used neat-lac as the final coat....should I not use neat-lac on this type of product? Thanks for any help. Ron. Quote
Members camano ridge Posted April 30, 2015 Members Report Posted April 30, 2015 What thickness of leather did you use, what part of the hide, neck, belly, back etc. Tray dampening a piece and fold it see if you get the same result. Is this Tandy hide, HO etc. Show us a picture. Quote
