Members tgardner Posted November 22, 2008 Members Report Posted November 22, 2008 Does Tandy make a petal tool? If not, where can I get one? Quote
tashabear Posted November 22, 2008 Report Posted November 22, 2008 I use the smaller end of this: http://www.tandyleatherfactory.com/product...?number=8039-05 Be sure to sharpen the end you want to use; it's so much easier to cut the leather fibers than to tear them. Quote
Contributing Member ClayB Posted November 22, 2008 Contributing Member Report Posted November 22, 2008 Tandy doesn't sell a Pro Petal anymore. I have several different kinds, but the ones I like the best and use the most are from Jeff Mosby Jeff makes 4 different sizes and they come VERY sharp. Quote
JohnD Posted November 23, 2008 Report Posted November 23, 2008 If you have a grinding wheel and a buffer it takes no time at all to make your own from an old screwdriver. I've made a few different sizes. John Quote
