Members chikitti Posted May 13, 2015 Author Members Report Posted May 13, 2015 I was off on the price after looking around. Its $2000, not $2500.
Uwe Posted May 19, 2015 Report Posted May 19, 2015 Very nice. I shouldn't even be looking, but I'm tempted to sell my Pfaff 335 and go all Adler in my shop.
Members chikitti Posted May 19, 2015 Author Members Report Posted May 19, 2015 I have not used a Pfaff 335 and so cannot speak to their relative virtues. I have used a Pfaff 238-6 which was a dreamy machine. This machine is utterly superb in design and build, and this example is flawless. Plug and play, tune to your thread and sew. I neglected to put in the original post that it comes with many feet and a a roller guide that fastens onto the back. I also have a clutch motor I'll throw in.
Members Uigeadail Posted May 19, 2015 Members Report Posted May 19, 2015 How long is the cylinder arm on this model?
Members chikitti Posted May 20, 2015 Author Members Report Posted May 20, 2015 10 3/8" from the needle to the machine body
Members piheart Posted May 22, 2015 Members Report Posted May 22, 2015 for local pick up only or are you willing to ship to LA?
Members chikitti Posted May 22, 2015 Author Members Report Posted May 22, 2015 Yes I will ship and will personally build the crate for the head. Also, I gotta know this is going to a good home where it will be loved and used and oiled.
Members Tote Posted August 10, 2015 Members Report Posted August 10, 2015 Hi, Is this a "walking foot" machine? What is the diameter of the cylinder arm? Thanks
Trox Posted August 11, 2015 Report Posted August 11, 2015 I am looking for one to swap out my Pfaff 345 H3, however the dollar price and shipping will kill the deal. These are great machines, I have the flat bed version. Tor
Members chikitti Posted August 11, 2015 Author Members Report Posted August 11, 2015 Apologies for delayed responses. I did not sell the machine but rather kept it.
