Members stormtroopersse Posted July 31, 2015 Members Report Posted July 31, 2015 hiya. just brought a dixons plough tool from ebay as listed. but hasn,t any stamp on it to say its from dixons. did they not stamp all there tools. see pic. Quote
Moderator bruce johnson Posted July 31, 2015 Moderator Report Posted July 31, 2015 Normally they are stamped on the top of the shoe in front of where the blade sits, on the brass block the lever tightens against, and on the blade. Even with no markings, that sure looks like a Dixon to me. Quote
Members gmace99 Posted July 31, 2015 Members Report Posted July 31, 2015 i have three of them it does look like a dixons Quote
Moderator Art Posted July 31, 2015 Moderator Report Posted July 31, 2015 It sure looks like a Dixon. I have heard a couple of folks remark that they are getting Dixon tools without any stamping or ID markings. It is pretty good advertising, and helps the resale value, so why not do it? Art Quote
