What Basketweave Stamp Is This?

Recommended Posts

Anyone know what stamp this is and where I can get it? I love how it gives a chevron look but I can't seem to track it down.

Someone much smarter than me will come along and answer. However, I think that's just a regular basketweave stamp going in an arrowhead pattern. Google it...I think it's Chief that has a youtube video of it.

Wow. After staring at it for the last 20 min, It did not even occur to me that it was just a normal basket weave stamp that was turned back and forth.

That is defiantly what it is. Not sure how long that one would have taken me to figure out on my own. Haha thanks Kevin!

No problem at all! Only reason I guessed it was because I was wasting time at work one day and stumbled on that video I was talking about.

Here is a Bob Beard stamp to do the same thing, but the angle is always correct. You have to run it a few times before you understand it. Bob's a genius.

Somewhere on this site, there are tutorials on how to do that with a basketweave stamp.

Here's one: http://leatherworker.net/forum/index.php?showtopic=20177

There's another more recent, but I couldn't find it on a quick search.
