gmace99 Report post Posted August 20, 2015 I don't know the Tippmann machine. I looked at it on youtube and it looks like hard work. If you want to stitch that thickness then a k45 should do it with a walking foot. You might be able to get one on ebay. I have a k45 but not with a walking foot I bought it for the wife to do work on but she wants to keep her beat up old k45. If you get desperate give me a shout and I will look at the spare one and see if it will do that thickness. It cost me £300. mlapaglia Report post Posted August 20, 2015 The Boss will sew up to 3/4 inches, 19mm, with no trouble. 6.4mm is .25 inches which is 2 pieces 8-9 oz leather, and I sew that all the time. It is very easy with the Boss. No trouble at all. Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
jcuk Report post Posted August 21, 2015 I was lucky enough to find one a few years ago just typed Tippmann Boss uk into google came up with one. Took a while but did pay off in the end.Try preloved loved site thats where i found mine not seen one since then anywhere in uk only new one here http://www.theidentitystore.co.uk/products.asp?SubCatID=23. Expensive though you might want to try ebay always some for sale the states and see if they would send as a gift i think no import tax that way not 100 % sure of this though. Hope this helps.
