Stitch Length On Juki 563 Setting 1 Is Still Tight And Small Why?

Hi everyone can someone please help me figure out how to get larger stitching on my juki 563. Ive tried rotating the adjustment wheel to the biggest stiching length however it just keeps stitching small!
