Varsil Report post Posted September 10, 2015 New poster here from Alberta, Canada. Not too long ago I was running a booth at a gun show and my booth happened to be next to the Tandy Leather booth. They talked me into getting a couple of the kit sets and some starter leather, I've been dabbling around, and so here I am. Very, very new to this, and mostly focusing on utilitarian stuff thus far. My initial efforts have mostly been for goofing off--I made a holster for an airsoft gun and a knife sheath for a rubber training knife (also for airsoft purposes). Still very much learning, and still picking up gear/equipment. That said, I'm enjoying the hobby thus far and intend to stick with it.
