Members Yeldarb Posted November 22, 2015 Members Report Posted November 22, 2015 Wasn't 100% sure where to post so thought I would start here. I am looking for someone in North Carolina who would consider walking through making a specific messenger bag with me. I have been doing leatherwork for a few years and have made a few bags but have hit a little bit of a wall and would love to work through a bag with someone to help improve my knowledge. An example of the bag I am looking to make can be found on instructables here, "http://www.instructables.com/id/Convertible-BriefcaseBackpack/" Ideal world, we could work through the bag on a Saturday (but will take a day off during the week if needed) and talk through the steps and pattern making for this specific bag. I am in the RDU area and willing to drive wherever around the state to meet up and will pay for your time/instruction. If anyone is up for the challenge or knows someone who would be let me know. Kind Regards, Brad Quote
Members TinkerTailor Posted November 22, 2015 Members Report Posted November 22, 2015 I can help though not in person. I have made a bag very similar to that, and am in the process of photo documenting the process on a second. What issues are you having? Quote
