Anyone Know What This Is Called?

I am trying to find a supplier for the type of hardware attached in the following photo, but I don't really know what to call it so that is proving difficult. Anyone know what this is called, or ideally where I could buy them?

They have something similar on pages 67 and 100 in their catalog. Might be called a plate staple or strap loop.

For what it's worth - I've also seen similar at one of our hardware stores, generally in the same area as you would find snap clips and wire cable. Usually available in stainless steel and may be heavier than what you are looking for.

Is it bad that I look for leatherwork bits and bobs at Bunnings?

Check with boat and marine supply places. Those things are all over boats. Usually stainless or brass.
