Have done native american style projects over several years..beading, sewing and such. Work with wood..carving etc. I am grateful for this place, to learn and connect with folks. I am a retired police officer. Am a lifer in Alaska. Going into different line of work, doing sewing on military base. Doing ballistic vests and other items. Anchorage had changed a lot, some parts of town were the same, others I had trouble finding the places I used to know. My grandparents lived in Homer, on the other side in Peterson Bay. That area was totally different. Quote
