H.f. Osborne Knife

I bought a box of tools at an auction a few years ago and this knife was in the bottom. I don't know much about it and I don't collect leather working tools, I am looking to sell it. Could I get a little info on it and is anyone interested?

It has this on the blade,

Btw, The chats thing is different from private messages, it is telling you how many people are currently in the online chat room. If you scroll to the very top of the page, there is a little envelope icon on the right side of the screen just to the left of your name. Click on it and then click on view all messages. Those are your private messages.
