Members Bair Hide Posted March 13, 2016 Members Report Posted March 13, 2016 Here's a sheath I made for a bowie that I refinished...if one thing is readily apparent, it's that I am no photographer! Quote

Members Bair Hide Posted March 13, 2016 Author Members Report Posted March 13, 2016 Thanks! It's a Tramontina bowie blade that my father bought from a flea market when I was too young to remember...that puts it at over 30 years old. It's a 9.5" high carbon blade (specifics unknown). I re-blued the blade and replaced the handle that he had on it with zebra wood, mosaic pins, and stacked leather as a spacer. I figured with all that work, it needed a slightly nicer sheath! Quote
